OTB Remedia is the coated-mineral platform of Outside the Box Materials: specialty mineral products for oil, water, filtration, and waterborne spill response.

Specialty mineral media should do one job well: capture oil, shed water, filter a stream, or float with a slick.

Who We Are

Remedia, under the OTB Materials roof.

OTB Materials builds materials platforms for demanding jobs. Remedia is the coated-mineral line: four finished grades that turn mineral media into products for emergency response, construction, agriculture, pest control, and industrial filtration.

Remedia-O captures oil on solid ground. Remedia-H sheds water and stays dry. Remedia-F separates oil from water in continuous plant filtration. Remedia-X is a floating pellet for waterborne oil spills only.

High recycled content is part of the line: ninety-five percent for O, H, and F, and one hundred percent for Remedia-X. Each grade is patent pending.
